This book relates to so many people on so many levels. I don’t work in this field, but in my community based work, come across many people for whom day to day life is a struggle due to mental illness. This book would be useful to all of them.I found this to be a powerful resource. I worked with students with mental health challenges and this was an easy read and one I believe would be very helpful.
